The VRU are delighted to announce that our co-directors Superintendent John Carnochan and his deputy, Karyn McCluskey, have been elected Fellows of the Faculty of Public Health (FPH).

John and Karyn were invited to become Fellows by FPH president Professor Alan Maryon-Davis, following a vote by the FPH board. Fellowships are only offered to those who are recognised as having distinguished themselves through their significant contribution to the science and literature or practice of public health.

The Fellowships will be formalised at the FPH’s Annual General Meeting in July.
